What We Did

E-commerce, Product, Marketing and Logistics

Sustainable adaptive fashion brand

We partnered with founder Victoria Jenkins from the earliest stages of Unhidden, guiding its journey from a startup concept and through successful fundraising. LTS was instrumental in launching Unhidden's online shop, leading on strategy and investment, and providing essential marketing, event management, and digital services.

What we  did

Online

We designed, built and scaled Unhidden's e-commerce platform. Our proactive management of website load ensured seamless performance and maximised conversions, particularly following national TV exposure.

product & marketing

We were a key contributor to Unhidden's launch and growth, providing clear vision the strategic roadmap that guided their development. Our support was also instrumental in their successful fundraising round and cultivating an engaging social presence.

logistics

LTS supported the management of end-to-end operations, implementing stock distribution and providing daily support. Our team also executed the logistics and marketing for Unhidden's events, including London Fashion Week.

outcomes

UK Leading brand

Our work supported Unhidden's remarkable ascension as a leading UK brand in adaptive fashion. This impressive growth included securing features in Vogue magazine, making history with the first adaptive London Fashion Week show, completing crucial and successful funding rounds, and establishing key partnerships, such as with Lucy & Yak. Further cementing the brand's profile, founder Victoria Jenkins gained national recognition, including becoming a TV presenter.

Primark distribution

Unhidden forged a powerful partnership with Primark, a testament to the brand's increased visibility and market readiness. This collaboration saw their affordable range launched in 31 Primark stores nationwide, significantly amplifying Unhidden's reach by leveraging Primark's extensive presence across 113 UK stores to make inclusive fashion more accessible than ever before.
