We embedded key product and engineering leadership, including a Head of Engineering and a CPO, to guide their strategic roadmap. This support was crucial in defining the product vision and accelerating execution.

Our work enabled the AI Agents to reliably process over **300,000 sales messages per month** across more than **130 live agents**. This robust performance directly contributed to over **$5 million** in cumulative Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) booked through the product, proving the platform's value in real-world sales environments.

By establishing a clear product and engineering framework, we positioned the platform for rapid growth.
